Easy, delicious, and a hit at my house! I've tried any number of methods to achieve the right crispiness in my tofu, and this one knocks it out of the park. Hubby was really impressed and has bragged on the tofu to friends (I'm not known for my cooking).

In reply to Liana. You could omit it and still get pretty cripsy tofu. Or use nutritional yeast to coat it.
