Double-checked all engredients and the mixture is thick like soft dough, and really dark moss green and much more volume than what would only fill 4 little cups. Seems wrong...

If you have matcha powder in a tea bag, then you could do that. I've never seen that before!

So sorry! I made an error when typing out the recipe. It should be 1/2 cup chia seeds, which I fixed in the recipe. You should be able to salvage the pudding by adding another 1/4 to the recipe and giving it another 6 hours or so to thicken. Thanks for pointing that out!

I need to lose weight and was reading about how much undigested red meat is stuck in your bowels. I am tired of feeling sluggish and of being 70 pounds overweight. My arthritis is bad and I want to be healthy. when I was working I felt better and I believe that is because I was going to Whole Foods and buying lots of grain salads and veggies and eating better now that I am retired, I don't drive two towns over to purchase the salads and healthy fairs, we ate while I was working. Of course, I am older as I have been retired for a while but I've also put on weight and my knees and ankles are feeling it. I'm always tired. not eating well Lunch usually consists of some form of sandwich usually bologna and dinner my husband says he works hard and needs a good meal (he will retire this March) and needs a full course meal, meat, potatoes, and veggies. I am hoping to change this with re-introducing whole grains with less meat and more veggies and salads. So thank you
