In reply to Lisa V. It may work if you use a 1:1 GF flour blend. Bob's Red Mill has one I like. However, because developing the gluten is an important part of making egg-free gnocchi, I imagine any gf flour would affect the texture a bit.

In reply to Jessica Flory. Thanks! I mention it under the "Serving and Storing" section. I do just lightly sauté the gnocchi for about 2 minutes in about 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

These look soooo good! It looks like you pan-fried your gnocchi but I don't see that in the instructions. How did you get them to look so crispy and tasty??

I made this and added 1tsp italian seasoning and 1 tbsp vegan butter to the dough. Loved it.

Hi,

Are you able to use gluten free flour for the gnocchi's? I cannot have gluten for health reasons.
