I love to bake and have been modifying recipes for nearly as long. I find the final version of many attempts not as good as I would prefer and I often get frustrated by it. But I keep trying because I really do love to bake..... Last night, after receiving your email with this recipe I found myself with some free time and I whipped these up. THEY.WERE.AMAZING. Hands down the BEST muffin I have ever made. Thank you for this recipe. I am again so inspired to keep vegan baking!
