In reply to Natasha L Perez. The coconut gives it a lot of the texture. You could try grinding up oats to a similar texture of coconut and substituting it out 1:1. If you try it, let us know how that goes!

Hi Sarah i would love to try your raw bars but am allergic to anything coconut!! Is their anything I can use in replacement of that particular called ingredient?? Please help lol.

In reply to Jane. I don't know how many calories these bars are, but I know there are several phone apps that make for easy calculation. With all the peanuts/peanut butter, it's probably not a low-cal snack.

Wow! These are absolutely amazing!
Quick question, would you know what the calorie intake of this would be, or how would I be able to work it out?
I put on a few kgs since getting back from holidays and so i'm watching what I eat for a little while until I feel more comfortable again.

I love how doable and delicious these granola bars look! When I was in junior high and high school, granola bars were one of my regular breakfasts. I know I would love these and have almost all of the ingredients on hand already. Thanks for the awesome recipe!

i cannot handle the peanut butter/peanut ratio in these bars. they are like...my dream come true.
