This recipe was delicious. I will definitely make it again. I was out of brown lentils and had to substitute red.
Of course the red lentils turned out a little mushy but I just mixed them with the dressing. Everything else was done according to the recipe. The cauliflower was very tasty. I made that first and kept nibbling pieces as I prepared the rest of the salad.
