Excellent! Tasted like a crunchy blackberry pie. I did make a minor modification, by doing just 1/4 cup of coconut oil and 2 Tablespoons of applesauce instead of 1/2 cup vegan butter. And I’m relieved it worked out. I’ll be making this several more times this summer. Thank you!

I have made this twice (without bourbon, just more vanilla) -- it's absolutely delicious! I made it once with boysenberries and once with blackberries. It was a little better with the boysenberries. Highly recommend it!
