I’ve enjoyed many of your recipes. I’ve not yet made this one but I’m alarmed at the sodium levels in this soup and some of your other recipes. The detox soups is almost 2000 mg. Is it because of the canned beans and canned tomatoes?

If someone were trying to cook without the oil is there a substitution for that in the dressing and also for tenderizing the kale.

We loved it. Made exactly as written and couldn't be happier. I did make a lemon glaze to top it, which added another lemon kick, but it was great without the glaze too. My husband wanted a lemon pound cake, and this came up when searching for a vegan version. I'm glad it did. Thanks for sharing!

Made the recipe exactly as written, and these are my favorite cookie I made this season! Love the simple recipe and the amazing taste and texture especially. It has everything I could want in a cookie. I already have a half batch of frozen dough in the freezer to cook off a couple as needed. Thank you so much for this one!

This was my first vegan cake; so easy and soooo delicious. Christmas Eve dinner dessert, daughter is non-dairy, and BIL is no egg and no fruit/sugar combo. I used palm sugar (BIL can have this) instead of cane sugar (left a slice sans powdered sugar for him), and soy milk. Everyone loved it! Great lemon flavor and perfect amount of sweetness, not over the top. Raspberries went really well with it. I think this will be our new Christmas Eve dessert! Thank you for creating/sharing this delicious recipe!

This was amazing! I made this for dessert this Christmas and it was a hit! I didn't put the chopped hazelnuts in because it wasn't written in the printed recipe, it was only in the blog part. It didn't matter though, because it was still delicious! Restaurant quality for sure! I topped it with chopped toasted hazelnuts and vegan whipped cream. I can't wait to make it again for another special occasion. Also I didn't have raw hazelnuts, so I used pistachios for the crust with a few toasted hazelnuts in there. It's all amazing. So happy I found your food blog! Thank you.

We do not eat mushrooms. I usually substitute them with eggplant in recipes. Do you think that these meatballs could work with eggplant instead of mushrooms?

These were delicious! I ususally make sourdough cinnamon rolls but didn't have the time today, and was so happy with how they turned! My kid has both egg and sunflower allergies so we used regular butter but loved the chickpea egg! I usually use aquafaba or flax egg but loved this one!
