Kind question, "can be hard" can or is it possible?
I was told that as a vegan I have to take a supplement of vit B12 as no plant source can provide it - is this correct? Is there a plant possibility or is supplements the only source?
Thank you!

I probably eat it for breakfast at least 3 times a week.

I do! All my recipes are dairy-free and you can filter in the recipe index for gluten-free and sugar-free. Let me know if there is something specific you are looking for!

Soy is a great source. Tofu, tempeh, edamame, soy milk.
Also beans and legumes, almonds, dark leafy greens

As a 40-something woman, I often find myself more worried about calcium intake than protein. What are some of your favorite vegan sources of calcium (outside of fortified plant milks)?

According to NutritionFacts.org "The myth that plant proteins are incomplete, necessitating protein combining, was debunked by the scientific nutrition community decades ago." (Search for "The Protein-Combining Myth" video.) All the info presented on the site is backed by scientific studies and he provides his sources.
