I made this tonight, my husband, his Mom and I all loved it. I doubled the amount of sauce that the recipe called for, my Mother in law really liked that she could taste the sweetness in it. My husband & I like spicy, so we added more sriracha sauce to our portions. If I make more of the teriyaki sauce, do you have any idea how long it will keep in the fridge? If I don't thicken the sauce, do you think it would be ok to freeze it? Thanks. BTW, I used soy curls instead of tofu. Didn't tell my MIL that it wasn't chicken, and she couldn't tell the difference!

Yes, that is correct but you could do half that + water if you want less sodium.
