Problem. I made the recipe as written. It was great when it was completed BUT I put it in the refrigerator overnight and it got hard.It had to deforced out with a spoon. It had been covered with Saran Wrap. What do you think went wrong?

Immediately after making was so yummy BUT I dished it up, covered with Saran Wrap and refrigerated it over night. When I served it the pudding had become VERY firm. It had to be spooned out with effort.

I followed the recipe to a T. What went wrong?

This is so good. I will definitely double this recipe next time. only had semisweet chocolate, but was still terrific. So smooth, creamy and DELICIOUS! I may make it again tomorrow. Have to do it soon since my silk heavy whipping cream expires in a few days. I was surprised and happy to find the products in my local Walmart (don't live in a very vegan area). Thank you so much Sarah!

A vegan dessert would make our next family celebration superb. A lot of my vegan friends wont skip desserts anymore.

I would use lite canned coconut milk. I think that would be more similar.

I always felt a bit sad when my vegan friend couldn't join us for our family desserts most times. I am so excited about this. Next time she comes around, I am giving her a treat.
