When it comes to vegan breakfast, we almost always choose savory. So many incredible flavors, packed with protein and veggies, and filling enough to keep you going all morning long.

Some of my go-to breakfasts include Mexican Tofu Scramble, Vegan Huevos Ranchers, and this Vegan Tofu Breakfast Bowl. But when I'm in a hurry, I just opt for my simple Vegan Scrambled Eggs. Add your favorite veggies for a different scramble everytime.
