So all day I kept thinking about this salad I was gonna have for dinner. Here I am, eating it and OMG! There's not enough words to describe the physical pleasure I'm feeling with each mouthful. The combination of flavours is incredible! And although my lemons were a tad too big so I ended up with a running sauce, tatewise it is beyond perfect! Thank you for the inspiration on a Monday morning!! ?
