This Russian dressing was so delicious and easy to make! We had it on our vegan Reuben sandwiches tonight and there were raves all around! I upped the onion to 4 T. and the horseradish to 1 T. plus 1 t. because we are big on both ingredients. I am looking forward to exploring more of your recipes!

So during quarantine I don't want to go to the store and trying to make due with what I have. This may be a silly question but instead of horseradish could I use wasabi or mustard? Or better to leave out?

I find the Prepared Horseradish in either the dairy or deli coolers. It's not a sauce. It's just horseradish, vinegar, water and salt. Maybe, try those places in your store. It's worth it to find it because this dressing is DELICIOUS!!
My husband kept sticking his finger in the dressing before dinner because he liked it so much. I didn't mind because he just this week decided to try to join me in being vegan, so I am happy to find food he will enjoy.

I couldn't find prepared horseradish that didn't have egg! Could I use fresh horseradish?

Looks delicious! I'm guessing we're supposed to use prepared horseradish, right?
